The service

Neucleos, LLC (“Neucleos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides neucleos.ai, the Neucleos app, and Cleo, an AI assistant (together, the “service”). These terms govern your use of the service. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Cleo by Neucleos text messaging program

Cleo by Neucleos is an optional, two-way text messaging program. When you opt in, you can text Cleo, an AI assistant provided by Neucleos, LLC, and Cleo replies to you. Conversations are started by you. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through the program.

  • How to join: enter your mobile number in the Neucleos app and check the box agreeing to receive text messages from Cleo. The box is never checked for you. After you opt in, you receive one welcome message.
  • Message frequency: varies based on your use.
  • Fees: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time (STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work). You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.
  • Resume: reply START or UNSTOP.
  • Help: reply HELP, email privacy@neucleos.ai, or visit neucleos.ai/sms-consent.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Cleo’s replies are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions. In an emergency, call 911.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it to violate another person’s rights, or direct it to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications. You are responsible for requests you authorize and for reviewing important actions before they are carried out.

AI-generated content

Cleo’s responses and actions are produced with artificial intelligence and may be incomplete or wrong. Review important results before you rely on or act on them.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may update these terms. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neucleos, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and its aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim.
