This policy explains what personal information Neucleos, LLC collects, how we use it, and the choices you have, including for text messages with Cleo.
Who we are
Neucleos, LLC (“Neucleos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California limited liability company, operates neucleos.ai, the Neucleos app, Cleo, an AI assistant, and theCleo by Neucleos text messaging program (together, the “service”).
Information we collect
- Account information you provide, including your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- Content you exchange with Cleo, including text messages, and the requests you ask Cleo to carry out.
- Messages you send us through this website’s contact form.
- Your text messaging choices: when and how you opted in, the consent wording you agreed to, the IP address and browser information available when you opted in, and your HELP, STOP, and START requests.
- Technical, security, device, log, and message-delivery information needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use personal information to provide and improve the service, deliver the messages you request, keep records of your consent and opt-out choices, maintain security, prevent abuse, support you, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers process information on our behalf to host the service, deliver text messages, and generate Cleo’s replies. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
Texting with Cleo
If you opt in, you can exchange text messages with Cleo, an AI assistant provided byNeucleos, LLC. Cleo’s replies are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions. Message content is processed by Neucleos, LLC and its service providers (including our messaging carrier and AI model providers) solely to operate the service. Message frequency varies based on your use. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; reply START to resume. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No sharing of mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers acting solely to deliver the messaging service.

Retention, security, and your choices
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including security, legal, and operational needs. We keep records of your text messaging consent and opt-out for as long as needed to honor and demonstrate your choices. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You can withdraw consent to text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
