Text Cleo

Cleo by Neucleos is a text messaging program run by Neucleos, LLC. This page shows how people opt in, what they receive, and how to stop.

The program

When you opt in, you can text Cleo, an AI assistant provided by Neucleos, LLC, and Cleo replies to you. The messages are conversational and started by you: you text a question or a request, and Cleo answers. Cleo’s replies are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How you opt in

  1. In the Neucleos app, enter your mobile number.
  2. Check the box below the number. It is never checked for you, and you can use Neucleos without checking it.
  3. Save. Cleo sends one welcome message to confirm.

Your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers acting solely to deliver the messaging service.
